Work With Me
There is a gap between who you are and who you know you could be. My work exists to close it — at every level. For individuals carrying the weight of patterns they can't explain. For clinicians running on empty. For organizations and communities where human suffering is showing up in the culture, the turnover, and the gaps in care. My work operates at three levels — individual, clinician, and community — rooted in two frameworks: MESS (Mental, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual Stability) and THRIVE, the vision of what becomes possible when healing scales beyond the individual to communities and systems.
We don't manage symptoms. We restore wholeness.
Communities & Organizations
Every organization is made of human beings carrying histories that shape how they show up, lead, and perform. When those histories go unaddressed, they show up as burnout, conflict, and fractured culture. This work addresses that at the root — not just in a wellness initiative, but in the system itself.

Most people come to this work feeling like a mess.
That's not a flaw. That's the beginning. As an integrative psychiatrist, I've sat with that feeling in thousands of clinical encounters — and I can tell you with certainty: it is not a sign that something is broken beyond repair. It is a sign that something is ready to heal.
If you are exhausted by patterns you can't seem to break — relationships that keep repeating, a body that won't cooperate, a persistent sense that something is missing even when life looks fine from the outside — this work is for you.
You don't need a diagnosis to begin healing. You need a framework, the right tools, and a compassionate guide who understands that what you are experiencing is not a personal failure. It is a human response to wounds that have never been properly tended to. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, chronic illness, or simply the cumulative weight of a life lived under pressure — the path forward is the same: understanding what your system has been carrying, and creating the conditions for it to finally complete the cycle.
My work with individuals is grounded in the MESS philosophy — helping you move from fragmentation and survival toward Mental, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual Stability — and from there, toward a life where you don't just cope, but genuinely thrive.

Everything you need to understand your trauma, regulate your nervous system, and begin rewiring the patterns that have kept you stuck — available wherever you are in the world.
Healing is not something you do to people. It is something you create the conditions for.
For Clinicians & Healers
You cannot pour from an empty vessel. Heal first. Then lead.
If you are a physician, therapist, counselor, social worker, coach, or any kind of healer — you are not immune to the wounds you help others carry. Burnout, compassion fatigue, moral injury, and your own unresolved history all shape the quality of care you are able to give.
My work with clinicians begins where it must: with you.
Before learning how to bring integrative trauma tools to your patients and clients, you first experience them yourself. This is what makes this work different. You don't start by learning techniques to use on others. You start by experiencing transformation yourself. Because the most powerful clinical tool you have is a regulated, integrated nervous system — your own.

Heal the Healer Program (Coming Soon)
A dedicated two-phase program for clinicians and healers. Phase one: experience the MESS journey personally — address burnout, vicarious trauma, and moral injury, and reconnect with the meaning and purpose that brought you into this work. Phase two: learn to bring integrative trauma tools, mind-body practices, and the MESS framework directly into your clinical practice.

When one person in a community heals, it creates a ripple. When systems change, entire generations are freed from wounds they didn't choose to carry.

If you lead a hospital, health system, school, NGO, government agency, nonprofit, or community organization — you are likely witnessing the effects of population-wide trauma every day. In the behaviors of the people you serve. In the burnout of your staff. In the gaps between the care you want to provide and the systems you have to provide it with.
My work at this level is guided by THRIVE — my framework for building trauma-integrated communities and systems where individuals, families, and organizations don't just survive, but genuinely flourish.

A Note on Waitlists
Some of what you see here is still being built — intentionally and carefully. By joining a waitlist, you are first to know when something launches, may be invited to founding member or beta cohorts at special rates, and help shape what gets built — your needs and questions directly inform the programs and resources I create.

My Commitment To You
Whatever brings you to this work — your own healing, your clinical practice, your community, or your organization — I show up with the same conviction:

Healing is not about managing what's broken. It is about restoring what was always whole.
I am committed to offering work that is clinically rigorous, spiritually grounded, culturally attuned, and practically transformative — because the world needs healing that actually works, at every level.
